IP6520_Q1 is an automotive-grade synchronous buck converter for in-vehicle charging applications from 15 W to 27 W, compliant with AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (–40 °C to +105 °C).

Featuring a highly integrated SoC architecture, it integrates power MOSFETs, a synchronous buck controller, and charging protocol detection in a single chip. With a path-MOS-free design, only 7 passive components and one inductor are required to achieve 18 W PD 3.0 certification, significantly reducing BOM cost, PCB area, and design complexity. IP6520_Q1 is well suited for compact automotive USB chargers.
